We present this spacious and modern 3-bedroom ground floor with two bathrooms, terrace and parking in Sabadell. It is a high-standing New Construction building in an industrial style designed by the architect Santiago Casulleras in the 1950s. When Casulleras designed the building, he took advantage of the existing constructions. On the one hand, two corps houses and on the other, a building that had been a school. Located on Calle Creueta, on the corner of Narcisa Freixas, it was promoted by Lluís Romeu Fatjó on the occasion of the marriage of his daughter. During its history, apart from being a school, it has served as a textile and housing office. The city of Sabadell, capital of the Vallés Occidental region, was a pioneer in the industrial revolution of Catalonia within the textile sector and, in the middle of the century XIX, it became the most important wool city in the Spanish state, for which it received the nickname of "the Catalan Manchester". Even today you can see numerous chimneys and steams, a part of which have been converted into local facilities, such as libraries or bookstores. This textile heritage left an industrial character in the city that is still present today.
