We present this bright New Construction Duplex Penthouse with 38 m2 terrace, 2 parking spaces and storage room in a High Standing Building in Sabadell 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms and a toilet and the best construction qualities in an industrial style building designed by the architect Santiago Casulleras in the 50s of the last century.
